Booking confirmation will be making payment of 50% on total amount, balance amount to be paid at the time of check in.
Bottles and cans are not allowed inside G K Hill View Resort.
Photography / video may be allowed at G K Hill View Resort, only on prior notice to the management, (Mobile can use to take photos DSLR & other cameras not allowed).
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the resort.
G K HILL VIEW RESORT club rules and regulations apply at all times.
Food and beverages, apart from the package explicitly confirmed in the confirmation voucher in writing, would be on chargeable basis. Charges as applicable.
Liquor (Beer, Hard etc.) and Soft drinks are not included in the package, unless explicitly mentioned in the confirmation voucher in writing. Charges as applicable.
Usage of Disco and Music system is not included in the package, unless explicitly mentioned in the confirmation voucher in writing. Charges as applicable.
Proper swimming attire to be worn during use of Swimming pool. (No saris, Sal war kameez, Jeans, Pants, Shirts etc.)Synthetic and Nylon can be used.
Exclusivity of resort facilities is not and never guaranteed/included in the package.
Guests are required to observe the government rules and regulations that may be in force from time to time, with respect to hotel reservations, alcohol & fire arms.
Utmost care of the room(s) need to be taken and all electric appliances and taps are to be turned off when leaving the room.
Cooking is not allowed. Please use the plug points to connect electric shavers, laptops charges, mobile/camera charges.
Please note that the hotel accommodates only those who are registered at the reception desk. In case of unregistered person/s are found in the room, the hotel has the right to cancel the accommodation.
G K Hill View Resort shall not be in any manner liable/responsible for any damage/loss/injury suffered by the patrons during the use of the equipment’s/articles/facilities.
It is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not users of accommodation to the room without informing the reception. Visitors are not allowed to use the facilities; which are for the resident guest’s recreation. However the visitors may use Restaurant, Bar and Coffee shop facilities; on prior reservation, along with you. The visitor’s timings to the Dining facilities are from 07:00hrs to 22:00hrs.
Food & Beverages brought from outside is strictly prohibited.
Damage waiver – The corporate /guest would be held monetarily and directly responsible for any damage caused to life and property of G K Hill View Resort in any way shape or form caused due to actions ( unintentional/intentional) undertaken by the employees and/or associated staff ( drivers, support staff etc). Assessment of the damages in monetary form would be acknowledged by the management of G K Hill View Resort which would take precedence and first preference over the guest/corporate company’s assessment.
Pets are strictly not allowed either in the rooms or at the premises of the Resort.
Loss of Items—G K Hill View Resort. Does not take responsibility for the loss or theft of the valuables or personal effects of the guest / user.
G K Hill View Resort. Reserves the right to stop the banqueting / corporate / wedding function at any time, without assigning any reason.
G K Hill View Resort Management shall not be held responsible for any bodily injuries (internal and external)/death as a result of negligence of safety procedures or any and all consequences resulted due to actions that are either direct or indirect, intended or unintended caused by the guests/ user or an Act of God.
The timings for breakfast (8:00 am – 9:30 am), Lunch (01:00 pm – 03:00 pm), Hitea (04:00 – 4:30 pm, Dinner 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm) will be strictly maintained.
Chargeable games like battery vehicle/Bike, Dirt bike not included in package.
Guest who has consumed alcohol will not be permit to use Adventure games ATV Vehicles.
